Getting Started
Absolutely! The platform was designed so you don't make mistakes from day one. The process goes from the basics β creating a Mercado Livre account β all the way to professional pricing and scaling.
Rally was designed to be done in 30 to 60 minutes a day. Missions are progressive and objective β you know exactly what to do.
No. You can start with just a CPF. We recommend opening a MEI as soon as possible β it's free and takes less than 30 minutes.
It depends on the model. Dropshipping lets you start with minimal capital. For your own inventory, R$ 500 to R$ 2,000 is already enough for a solid initial operation.
Go to Integrations > My Stores and click "Connect ML account". You'll be redirected to Mercado Livre to authorize access. It's safe and fast.
Yes! On the Paid plan you can connect multiple ML accounts and manage all of them from the same dashboard.
Your Store: Checkout & Invoicing
Yes! Your storefront (rallydevendas.com.br/loja/sua-loja) becomes a real online store: the customer picks the product, calculates shipping, pays via PIX, card or on delivery, and you receive the order in your dashboard β without depending on Mercado Livre. Activate it under Profile > My Store.
Yes. In the product form, check "This product has variations", give it a name (e.g., Weight) and create the options (e.g., 100g, 250g), each with its own price, stock and SKU. On the product page the customer picks the option and the price updates instantly β and checkout charges exactly the price of the chosen option.
Yes, if you have a CNPJ. Under Profile > Invoice you register your issuer (CNPJ) and upload your A1 digital certificate. From then on, Rally issues the NF-e for your sales (and downloads the DANFE as PDF and the XML) through an authorized provider. The same CNPJ works for your store, Mercado Livre, Shopee and other channels.
Yes. The A1 certificate and password are validated, encrypted (AES) and stored outside the server's public area (no web access). They're only used at the moment of signing your invoices, and the password is never displayed or logged. You are the tax-responsible party for the invoice β we recommend validating the data with your accountant before issuing for real. Details at /seguranca.
Yes. Under Profile > Invoice, turn on "Automatic cost invoice". For every drop sale, Rally automatically issues the supplier's sales invoice to the seller (at cost value), using your certificate. Requires an issuer with a valid certificate.
When Flex is available for the ZIP code, the shipping option is highlighted at checkout: orders placed before 11am arrive the same day (by 9pm); after 11am, the next day.
Listings & Products
Yes. Go to Listings > Create (Simple) β a 3-step wizard: (1) upload photos + title + price + stock, (2) AI automatically suggests a description, (3) pick the store and publish. For full control (multiple accounts, manual attributes, per-store customization) use the 6-step Advanced Wizard.
Go to Listings > Create Listing. The wizard guides you through 6 steps: select the product, marketplace, stores, data, customize and publish.
Some Mercado Livre categories (e.g., bags) changed their rules and now require the product name (family_name) instead of the title, plus brand, model, gender, dimensions and barcode. Rally now fixes this automatically when publishing: it detects the category's required fields, fills them in automatically and lands in the right category. If it still fails, the error is logged and support is notified right away via WhatsApp to handle it β you don't need to do anything.
Go to Listings > Tax Data. Filter incomplete listings, check the boxes and fill in NCM/CEST. Rally validates NCM in real time against Brasil API and does a PUT to Mercado Livre via /items/fiscal_information/{SKU} with rate limiting so it doesn't trigger the ML WAF. Required for automatic NF-e issuance when you have a CNPJ.
Mercado Livre is grouping your order into a pickup route β the label becomes printable ~30-60 min later. Use the "Refresh status" button next to the label (endpoint /ml/etiqueta/refresh) to force ML to re-evaluate. If it persists after 4h, the order may be in FULL or grouped with another β check the ML dashboard.
A Product is your internal record (with cost). A Listing is the publication on Mercado Livre (with selling price). One product can generate several listings across different accounts.
Classic has a lower fee but less visibility. Premium has a higher fee but shows up more in searches and offers free shipping.
Go to Products > Import, download the spreadsheet template, fill it in and upload it. The system creates them all at once.
Yes. Drag 1 or 10 photos at the same time into the upload zone β Rally processes all of them in parallel (JPEG, PNG or WebP up to 5MB each). An old "session expired" bug on multiple uploads was fixed on 2026-04-23.
When creating or editing a listing, click the AI button next to the title. The AI generates 5 SEO-optimized variations.
Lets you copy listings from one ML account to another (Paid plan). Select listings, the destination account and the price adjusts automatically.
Yes. Go to Cloning > Clone by URL, paste the ML listing link and the system analyzes it and lets you clone it to your accounts.
Rally has Keywords Research β go to any listing or use the API /api/ml/keywords/trends?category_id=X. It shows the top 20 keywords per category with relative demand. Useful for optimizing titles (Mercado Turbo parity).
Use ML Ranking: /api/ml/ranking?item_id=MLB123&keyword=<word> returns the position (1-50) in organic search. Cached for 2h. Lets you measure your listing's SEO effectiveness.
Yes. In the listings list, filter by status=draft, check the boxes and click "Republish (X)" in the top bar. Limit of 50 per request.
In the Listings list, the checkboxes on the left of each row allow multiple selection. With listings selected, the action bar appears at the top: Pause, Activate or Delete in bulk. Select all on the page with the header checkbox.
It's your ML account's health dashboard: shows a 0-100 score, active vs. paused listings, complaint rate, average response time and improvement alerts. Access it under ML > Analysis > X-Ray. Use it to identify what's holding back more sales.
Go to Tools > ML Photos. You'll see all of the listing's photos side by side, can download any of them, and Rally generates a complete script for you to paste into Gemini or ChatGPT asking for improvement suggestions. That way you know exactly what to fix before uploading new photos.
It's a tool where you paste a competitor's listing link and Rally alerts you when they drop their price. You decide whether you need to adjust yours too β without having to check ML every day. Access it under Tools > Competitor Monitor.
Go to Tools > Promotions. Rally has a margin lock: you set the minimum profit you want to keep, and the system never applies a discount that goes past that limit. That way you can promote dozens of listings at once safely.
ML Health is your Mercado Livre reputation scorecard β complaint rate, delays and cancellations. The Decola Program is a benefit for new sellers (less than 3 months): you get some leeway to learn without being penalized right away. Rally shows all of this under Dashboard > Health and alerts you when something needs attention.
Sales & Orders
Go to Orders in the side menu. All ML sales are automatically synced every few minutes.
Go to Mercado Livre > Support > Questions. Select the store and reply directly. AI can suggest answers.
Go to Mercado Livre > Logistics > Shipments & Tracking. Click the "Label" button next to the pending shipment. Rally keeps a local cache for 3 days, so you can still download it even after the shipment is in transit.
In the actions dropdown for any order (the /pedidos table), click "Download Invoice". Only works if the seller has a CNPJ and issued an NF-e linked to the order. Rally tries PDF first, then XML via the ML API.
Go to Mercado Livre > Support > Complaints. Pending complaints are highlighted. Respond quickly to protect your reputation.
Go to ML > Analysis > Calculator. Enter cost and selling price to simulate ML fees, shipping and net profit.
The dashboard has an "Open Orders" widget with time buckets (0-24h, 24-48h, 48-72h, 72h+) and extra flags: π΄ returns, β³ in transit >30d, β cancelled seller's fault, β οΈ deadline expired. Updated in real time via ML webhook + invalidation cron. Go to Dashboard or /api/widgets/open-orders for custom integration.
Yes. Under Profile > Notifications > Telegram, pair your account and choose which events you want to receive: new sale, question, listing published, listing failed, tax data updated, mass-improve completed, Flex removed, promo applied, drop payment, wallet credited, level up, promo expiring, delayed orders. Default = all ON for anyone who just paired.
Listings with weight/dimensions outside ML Flex limits become ineligible. When Rally detects this, it offers the "Remove Flex" button, which does a PUT /items/{id} with shipping.mode=me2 and local_pick_up=false β ML re-evaluates and falls back to drop_off (Correios). You get a Telegram alert when this happens.
Pauses all your active ML listings at once, with the option to schedule an automatic return on a chosen date. Go to Vacation Mode in the menu. Your listings stay paused (not deleted) and come back online on their own. Helps avoid losing ranking while you're away.
Under Settings & Account > Stores, click "Disconnect". A modal will ask you to type the word DISCONNECT (confirmation against accidental clicks). Once confirmed, Rally deletes everything: listings, orders, questions, tokens, AND revokes access on ML (removed from the list of authorized apps). This action is irreversible.
Go to Communication > Returns. When a buyer requests a return on ML, it appears here automatically with status and deadline. If it's a supplier (drop) sale, the supplier is notified too. You respond and track everything without leaving Rally.
Go to Tools > Report. Rally automatically calculates: sale β ML commission β shipping β product cost β tax = your net profit. You see the margin for each sale individually and the total for the period. For the margin to show up correctly, register the product cost under Products and link it to the listing.
Dropshipping & Suppliers
You link up with a supplier, list their products, and when you make a sale, you place the order with the supplier, who ships directly to the buyer. You pay the supplier only the product cost and keep the difference.
If the supplier sent you an invite link, click it to sign up already linked. Or ask the admin to link you manually.
When you sell a drop product, the order shows up as "Payment Pending". You pay the product cost via your digital wallet (balance). Only after payment does the supplier release the shipment.
When the shipping type is Flex (Mercado Livre's fast delivery), a R$ 11.00 fee is added to the order's cost. This fee covers the extra logistics cost.
Yes. If the automatic integration fails, go to Suppliers > Manual Order. Fill in the buyer's details, upload the label (PDF) and invoice if you have one.
Yes. The supplier can ignore orders that show up incorrectly in their queue. Ignored orders stay in a separate tab.
In the order list (both for the seller and the supplier), the "Docs" column shows clickable icons for the label and invoice when available.
No. The supplier only sees the orders you place with them, without knowing the price you sold at.
In the supplier's dashboard, they go to Products and register each item with photo, description and cost. Those products show up for you under Suppliers > Catalog, with the cost price and the suggested margin so you can set your own selling price.
Yes. When the supplier edits a product's photo, title, description or cost, Rally propagates those changes to your linked listings β always preserving your profit margin. You get an alert when this happens.
Yes. The supplier can have their own storefront (e.g., drop.rallydevendas.com.br/loja/nome) with the products from their catalog. This page is for internal use β the public storefront for your products is your own, at rallydevendas.com.br/loja/sua-loja.
Plans & Payments
Free forever (1 ML account, order sync and dashboard) and Paid for R$ 29.90/month + R$ 1.00 per order sold β everything unlocked: multi-account, AI, questions, shipping, drop and storefront. 7-day free trial, no card required. Accounts operated by a partner manager use the Managed plan (R$ 0 + R$ 0.50/order).
Yes. If you apply the method and don't see results in the first 30 days: full refund, no questions asked.
No red tape. Cancel directly from your account with one click. No long-term contracts and no penalties.
PIX via Abacate Pay (instant payment, automatic credit). For plans, payment is a single charge per period (monthly or semiannual). For AI credits, choose fixed packages from R$25 to R$1,000.
Your wallet stores credits that you use to: generate titles and descriptions with AI, pay dropshipping suppliers and use premium tools. Top up via PIX with automatic credit.
Yes. The upgrade widget appears on your Profile with the available options. When you sign up for a semiannual plan, you save the equivalent of 2 months.
Your access automatically reverts to the Free plan. Your data stays saved, and when you reactivate you pick up right where you left off. You get an alert 7 days before expiration.
Yes. Admins can grant extra permissions to a user β or block features. This shows up automatically in the dashboard.
Artificial Intelligence
The AI generates optimized titles, high-conversion descriptions, spec sheets, answers to questions and listing analyses.
The AI uses credits: title (1 cr), description (2 cr), spec sheet (1 cr), answer (1 cr), analysis (1 cr). Credits renew monthly. You can also connect your own AI key and use it WITHOUT spending credits (see below).
Yes! Under Profile βΊ Artificial Intelligence you connect your own key (Gemini, Claude or ChatGPT) and get unlimited usage without consuming your plan's credits β you pay the provider directly, or use their free quota. Google's Gemini has a free option and the key takes 1 minute to get. Step by step: /ajuda/conectar-chave-ia.
Yes. The key is stored encrypted (the same standard used by banks, AES-256) and never shown again on screen β we only display the last 4 digits. No one at Rally sees your key, and you can remove it whenever you want.
No, it's entirely optional. Without connecting anything, the AI works normally using your plan's credits. Your own key is only for those who want unlimited use without spending credits.
AI is available on the Paid plan. On the Free plan you can use the Rally Assistant (chat) to ask questions about the platform. Tip: by connecting your own AI key, you can still generate with AI while controlling the cost through your own account with the provider.
It's the floating chat in the bottom-right corner of any authenticated screen. It knows ALL 168 routes, 28 plan features and can automatically execute 12 actions (create product, coupon, pause listing, etc). Just ask "where's coupons?" or "create a 15% coupon until Sunday" and it does it.
Yes, with confirmation. When you ask "pause listing MLB123" or "create 15% coupon", the Copilot prepares the action, shows a "Confirm and execute" button (if it's destructive) or "Execute with AI", validates your plan's permissions and runs it. There's a limit of 10 actions/hour and a full audit log.
Yes. If you tried to publish a listing or import a CSV and got an error, the Copilot detects it automatically (a small yellow dot appears on the button). Ask "my error" and it explains what failed and how to fix it, based on your account's recent log.
Navigation and error help are free. Data queries (sales, reputation, ads) cost 1 credit. Executing actions (creating a coupon, pausing a listing) is free β you only pay for the question when the AI needs to look up real data.
Advanced Mercado Livre
In the dashboard, Marketing > Coupons. Create percentage, fixed-value or free-shipping coupons, with an expiration date and minimum purchase value. Use the screen or ask the Copilot: "create a 10% coupon valid until Sunday".
In ML Ads, keywords are paid search terms that make your listing appear when someone searches. Rally manages this under Marketing > Keywords & Report: add, pause, adjust bid (CPC), see ML's automatic suggestions.
Yes. Under Marketing > Keywords & Report, enter the campaign ID and period. It returns a table with impressions, clicks, CTR, cost, sales and ROAS per day + aggregated totals. Useful for identifying which days of the week perform best.
Under Sales > Shipments & Tracking > "Advanced shipping settings" section, you see your Mercado Envios Flex zones (same-day delivery) and can enable/disable each one. Useful when you want to pause Flex on holidays or during storms.
Yes. In the same "Advanced shipping settings" section, enter the shipment ID and Rally pulls the return label as a PDF (or ZPL as fallback) directly from the ML API. The shipment history also shows up in a timeline.
Under Sales > Mercado Full. See inventory per product (available, reserved, critical) with real data from the API and an automatic restock suggestion calculated from your sales. Sending inventory to the warehouse (inbound) and requesting pickup are done in Mercado Livre's own dashboard β Rally takes you there via a direct shortcut.
Yes. Under Listings > Brand & Listing, Rally checks ML's Brand Protection program and shows pending alerts (counterfeiting, unauthorized use, etc) with a direct link to the affected listing.
Under Listings > Brand & Listing, "Available listing types" section. Rally shows how many free listings you have left, duration (30/60 days), whether auto-relist is active, etc. Straight from the API /users/{id}/available_listing_types.
Yes. Under Communication > Complaints, you see all open/closed/resolved ones, message history, and can reply inline. If the case requires ML mediation, there's a "Request mediation" button with a full modal (reason + evidence).
Each variation can be edited individually: price and stock per SKU. Rally saves an automatic snapshot before every change (undo within 30 days). Photos can also be reordered via drag-and-drop or removed individually.
Accessibility & Large Font
Yes! Open Rally and look at the bottom of the sidebar for the "Large font" button. Clicking it activates Senior Mode: font +25%, taller buttons, bigger inputs, underlined links. Works on any authenticated screen. You can turn it off anytime.
Yes. Rally has Large Font Mode (opt-in), strong contrast, WCAG 2.1 AA on 92% of screens, a skip-link to jump straight to the content, and zero technical jargon in user-facing messages. If you have trouble with a specific screen, let support know.
Yes. Every main flow (sign-up, connecting ML, creating a listing, publishing) is navigable via Tab. The focus ring stays visible and is 4px in Senior Mode. Compatible with NVDA and VoiceOver.
Personalization & Shortcuts
Yes. The dark/light theme is toggled via the moon/sun icon at the top of the dashboard. Your preference is saved to your account β when you log in on any device, the theme you chose will already be active.
Yes! Use: G+D = Dashboard, G+P = Products, G+A = Listings, G+O = Orders, G+W = Wallet. Also: ? = show all shortcuts. Works on any authenticated screen.
Under ML > Dashboard, click "Compare" to see the performance (sales, stock, questions, answers) of two different ML accounts side by side. Useful for identifying which account performs better in each category.
Support & Community
Yes. WhatsApp (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm) and email with a response within 48h. Higher-tier plans get priority.
It's the smart chat in the bottom-right corner of the dashboard. It knows the whole platform and helps you find any feature.
Connect it under Profile > Telegram. The bot sends sales alerts and lets you check data directly from Telegram.
Storefront & Store Blog
It's a professional page for your store on the internet β anyone can see your products, photos and prices without needing to go through Mercado Livre. The address follows the format rallydevendas.com.br/loja/nome-da-sua-loja. Activate it under Profile > My Store.
Go to Profile > My Store. Choose a short name for the address (e.g., "minha-loja"), add a photo and a description. In under 2 minutes your store is live and you can share the link anywhere: WhatsApp, Instagram, business card.
Yes! Under Profile > My Store > Custom Domain you set up your personalized address. Rally handles the technical part β including the security padlock (HTTPS). You just need to have a registered domain (e.g., at Registro.br).
Yes. Every storefront comes with a built-in blog where you publish articles about your products. This helps a lot with showing up on Google β the more content, the more searches find you. Go to Profile > My Store > Blog to get started.
Yes. The storefront has automatic SEO: title, description and sitemap are generated by Rally. A complete profile with good photos and detailed descriptions improves ranking. The store blog speeds up that process even more.
Report & Finance
It's a summary of what you actually earned on each sale: amount received, ML commission, shipping, product cost, tax and final profit. All in a clear table, with totals and percentage margin. Access it under Tools > Report.
It means that listing doesn't have a linked product with a registered cost yet. Without the cost, Rally can't calculate your real profit. Click the listing title in the table to link a product and fix this.
It's the amount Mercado Pago actually deposited into your account β after deducting commission and shipping. Sometimes this number differs from what's expected (e.g., when ML holds back part as a guarantee). Connect your Mercado Pago under Integrations to see this data.
Go to Integrations > Mercado Pago and click Connect. In under 1 minute you authorize access and start seeing available balance, amount to be released and total β right in the dashboard and the sales report.
Yes. On the Report screen there are export buttons in the top corner: Excel, CSV and PDF. The file comes with all the columns β sale, commission, shipping, cost, profit and margin β ready for your accountant to work with.
Account Manager
It's a special profile for someone who looks after several sellers at once β a manager, consultant or agency. The Manager accesses a consolidated dashboard with all the stores linked to them, without needing to log into each account separately.
The Manager logs in at gc.rallydevendas.com.br. There they see the dashboard for all stores, open orders, sales metrics and products β all in one place.
The Manager monitors performance and can guide the sellers. Actions like creating listings or editing products are done by the seller themselves in their own dashboard. This ensures each seller keeps control of their own operation.
Talk to Rally support or to your manager. They'll request the link from the platform administrator. Once it's done, the manager will see your store in their dashboard and can follow everything.
Affiliate Program
You refer Rally to friends or acquaintances and earn a commission when they sign up for a paid plan. It's a way to generate extra income by referring a tool you already use. Access it under Referrals in the side menu.
You earn 25% of the plan value from whoever you referred directly. If that person refers someone else, you also earn an extra 5% on those referrals. Commissions become available after 90 days (the referred customer's guarantee period).
Go to Referrals in the side menu. Your unique link is already there β share it wherever you like. On the same screen you see who signed up, who subscribed to a plan, and how much you have available to withdraw.
Gamification & Missions
For every action you take β creating a listing, making your first sale, completing your profile, answering a question β you earn points. Points raise your level (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond) and unlock rewards. Check your progress on the Dashboard.
Each level brings different perks: plan discounts, more AI credits, early access to new features and a highlight in the seller ranking. The more you use Rally day to day, the more perks you'll naturally accumulate.

Drop & Suppliers
What is Drop (Dropshipping) in Rally?
You sell products from a partner supplier's inventory. The supplier ships directly to the buyer when the sale happens. You focus on marketing and margin; they handle logistics.
How do I access my suppliers' products?
When a supplier accepts you (via invite or Rally admin linking), they appear in the sidebar under "Suppliers". The shortcut only appears if you have β₯1 linked supplier β for compliance, sellers only see the suppliers who approved them.
Why do I need to accept a digital contract before listing?
To legally protect you and the supplier. Acceptance records IP + timestamp + contract version (append-only). Key clauses: shipping within 24 business hours after payment, binding cost, seller invoice responsibility (unless agreed otherwise), orders only ship after payment confirmed.
What is the supplier Score?
Score from 0 to 100 based on the last 30 days: 60% average shipping speed, 30% % shipped in β€24h, 10% inverse of % ignored orders. Tiers: π’ Excellent (β₯85), π΅ Good (70-84), π‘ Average (50-69), π΄ Warning (<50).
How does auto-payment work?
Instead of clicking "Pay" manually, Rally automatically pays the supplier when the ML sale is detected. Configure under Suppliers β Auto-payment: daily limit, maximum per order, supplier whitelist. Never overspends your wallet β insufficient balance = back to manual.
Can I list multiple products at once?
Yes. On the supplier's storefront, select the desired products (checkbox), choose margin % and ML account, and click "List X". Rally creates all listings at once. Optionally publishes to ML via async queue.
How does the supplier know I made a sale?
Automatically via ML webhook. They receive notification on 4 channels: in-app, APK push, WhatsApp (if verified) and email. Your manager and Rally admin are also notified. The order enters their queue as "Awaiting payment".
What if ML doesn't detect the sale (bug or off-ML sale)?
You can create a manual order under Suppliers β Manual order. Fill in supplier, buyer details, quantity, cost and optionally attach label PDF + invoice PDF/XML. The supplier receives it tagged "β οΈ manual" to verify before shipping.
Who issues the Invoice?
By default the seller (unless agreed otherwise in the contract). Rally does not issue invoices automatically β you issue it in your fiscal system and attach PDF/XML to the order. Bling ERP integration planned.
Is the shipping label automatic?
Yes for Mercado Envios: URL generated automatically via /ml/etiqueta?ship_id=X. Supplier clicks and downloads PDF. In bulk too: /api/ml/etiquetas. For shipments outside ME (Correios, Jadlog direct), supplier does manual upload when marking "Shipped".
How do I receive money as a supplier?
When the seller pays, credits land in your Rally wallet (atomic transfer, append-only ledger). Withdraw via PIX anytime under Wallet β Withdrawal. Processing in D+7. Balance never expires. (Mercado Pago split β receive directly to MP account without going through wallet β planned.)
Can I award/release a free plugin to a merchant?
Yes. As dev: /dev/hub/plugins β Award, choose plugin + email. Admin can also award any plugin at /admin/plugins β Award. Acceptance is recorded with origin ("dev:X" or "admin:Y") for audit.
How do I see my drop sales history and GMV?
Go to Suppliers β Drop Dashboard. Shows: GMV for the last 30 days, average ticket, wallet balance, top 5 suppliers with score, breakdown by status (pending/paid/shipped/delivered).
Can I be a seller AND supplier at the same time?
Yes. The system supports multiple roles (seller + drop + dev simultaneously). Admin assigns the roles you need. Each area has its own sidebar and independent flow.
